Kumail Ali Nanjiani (2 Mayıs 1978 doğumlu) Pakistanlı-Amerikalı bir komedyen, oyuncu ve senarist. Öncelikle HBO komedi dizisi Silicon Valley'deki (2014-2019) Dinesh rolüyle ve romantik komedi filmi The Big Sick'te (2017) birlikte yazıp başrol oynamasıyla tanınır. İkincisini eşi Emily V.
